Overview
OMICS: A Journal of Integrative Biology integrates global high-throughput and systems approaches to science and medicine from cell to society, including sociomics, ecogenomics, and personalized medicine. The Journal is the only peer-reviewed publication covering all interdisciplinary OMICS-related areas such as integrative (systems) biology and medicine, and reports on methods and resources underpinning integrative research such as: bioinformatics, computational biology, and biomedical informatics; data standards, meta-data, data sharing, databases, and biobanks; and methodological, statistical, and algorithmic developments.
OMICS: A Journal of Integrative Biology coverage includes:
- Genomics
- Transcriptomics
- Proteomics
- Metabolomics
- Pharmacogenomics
- Physiomics
- Physical mapping and sequencing
- Gene and protein expression
- Peptide identifications
- Bacterial coding capabilities
- Developments in plant research
