Journal of Medicinal Food delivers original research on the chemistry and biochemistry of the bioactive constituents of food, and substantiates their efficacy, safety, and potential uses. Dr. Hendler was a very remarkable man with a keen intellect, an innate sense of curiosity, a wonderful sense of humor, and a kind heart. Managing Editor Yael Ben-Porat will continue to run the journal editorial office until a new Editor-in-Chief in the U.S. is named.
