Gaming Law Review and Economics invites the submission of original manuscripts covering all aspects of gaming law.  Send manuscripts and all correspondence to Steven J. Zweig, JD., Managing Editor, Gaming Law Review and Economics, 180 Glenridge Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042.  Telephone:  862-220-8791; Fax:  888-484-6933; Email:  stevenjzweiglaw@gmail.com  Manuscripts should be original, never before published, and not submitted simultaneously to another publication.

Submit the original and two copies of the manuscript including figures, legends, tables, and references. Papers must be typed, double-spaced, on 8.5 x 11-inch paper with ample margins (at least 1 inch) on the sides, top, and bottom of the page. The title page should include the authors' names and affiliations, the source of a work or study, if any, and a running title of about 45 characters. Please indicate the name and complete mailing address of the corresponding author, in addition to his or her email, telephone and fax number. Disk submission is required, and the disk must match the hard copy exactly. Disks may be submitted in either PC or Macintosh format, preferably in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect. Manuscripts may be emailed to stevenjzweiglaw@gmail.com accompanied by hard copy submission as outlined above.

    Tables and Illustrations

Type each table and its title on a separate sheet of paper. Use Arabic numerals to number tables. Original pen drawings, charts, and original glossy photographs should be supplied with the original manuscript. Photocopies cannot be used for reproduction. All illustrations should be identified on the back and bear the author's name. A list of figure legends should be supplied at the end of the manuscript, doubled-spaced. Illustrations will not be returned unless requested.

    AUTHOR DISCLOSURE

All authors are expected to disclose any institutional or commercial affiliations that might pose a conflict of interest regarding the publication of a manuscript. Institutional affiliations, as indicated on the title page, should include all corporate affiliations and any funding sources that support the work. Other types of affiliation, including consultantships, honoraria, stock ownership, equity interests, arrangements regarding patents, or other vested interests should be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section.

    References

Cite all references consecutively in text. Follow the Blue Book form for citations. However, we reserve the right to modify style to conform to the Journal's overall style. Suggested readings or other source materials may also be included at the end of the manuscript.

    Permissions

The author must obtain permission to reproduce figures, tables, and text from previously published material, even if that is the author's own work. Written permission must be obtained from the original copyright holder (generally the publisher, not the author or editor) of the journal or book concerned. An appropriate credit line should be included in the figure legend or table footnote, and full publication information should be included in the reference list.

    Reprints

Reprints may be ordered by following the special instructions that will accompany page proofs, and should be ordered at the time the corresponding author returns the corrected page proofs to the Publisher. Reprints ordered after an issue is printed will be charged at a substantially higher rate.
